As you probably know, Southwest moved CWA to a new cloud. They didn't give us any prior access to the cloud and are not helping us adapt to the new cloud. As you could probably guess, it takes a lot of work to adapt CrewWeb and figure out how the new cloud works without any direction from SWA.
SWA has indicated that they're working on their own solution to access CWA on mobile devices. That will replace CrewWeb. However, they didn't have their app ready by the time they migrated to the new cloud.
So, until then we'll work to adapt CrewWeb to the new cloud and release a new version soon.
