If something isn’t working with CWA or CrewWeb, try these, in pretty much this order:
- Check the internet connection.
- Go to a different page in CWA, then return to the problem page.
- Log out of CWA then log back in.
- Reset CrewWeb.
To reset CrewWeb, select the (Tools) > Reset menu item.
- Force close (kill) CrewWeb, then restart.
