We're very sorry that the hotel information wasn't correct. We get all the amenities directly from the hotel committee. So, either the hotel isn't abiding by the negotiated contract or the hotel committee has the wrong information. We're finding more and more that the hotels aren't honoring the contract.
If you let us know what part of that was wrong, then we'll update our database right away and let the hotel committee know so they can resolve the issue.
Also, if you hear of other hotel data being inaccurate, please let me know! We receive very few complaints about the hotel data but I'd rather provide the correct info and resolve it with the hotel committee.
