Only certain web browsers are approved by the company for use with CWA, and the CrewWeb app is not one of them.

This means that you will have no recourse if something goes wrong with a CWA transaction (monthly bid, trip trade, vacation bid, whatever…) when using the CrewWeb app.

So, if you’re doing something ‘important’ in CWA (whatever you might consider that to be), you should use one of the approved web browsers.

As far as I know, there are only two approved web browsers (but the company may change this at any time):

  • Internet Explorer (and perhaps its replacement), and
  • Firefox
