CWA is designed to work with a computer with a full-size screen, keyboard, and mouse. Among the CWA problems with iPhones and iPads are:

• can't double-click to show trip details,
• can't select multiple items, such as trips in ELITT or legs in TTGA,
• interface items (buttons and tables) are too small to tap, and
• scrolling is finicky.
